Updating Company Settings on the AI Tab (Cloud Only)

To complete the AI tab:

1. On the Company Settings page, select the AI tab, and then select Edit.
2. To enable summarization for business processes (BPs), select Enable for Company Users only or Enable for all users (Company and Partner) in the Records Summarization section.
3. To enable insight into workflow BPs and the steps that they go through, select Enable in the Task Assist and Progress Guide section.
4. To enable chart recommendations for Visualizations, select Enable in the Content Recommendations section.
5. To save your changes, select Update.

   Summaries created by Records Summarization and Task Assist and Progress Guide are prepared by generative AI. Carefully review and verify these against trusted sources, as it may include out-of-date, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
