Master Log - Business Processes

To view all the business processes (BPs) that you are involved in:

1. Go to the Home tab.
2. From the left Navigator, select Master Log - Business Processes.

   Note:

   Master Log - Business Processes is the default out-of-the-box (OOTB) name for this grouping node. Your organization can customize the node name.

   The system displays the BPs that you are involved in and have permission to access. The log for each BP under the Master Log - Business Processes node is based on the log design for that BP.

   For non-workflow BPs, the log includes an Edit Record column. When a record is editable, the column displays the Edit Record icon . If the record has a status such as Submitted, Terminal, or Initiated, the icon is not displayed.

Note:

• If you do not have permission to view any of the BP types listed under the Master Log - Business Processes node, the node is not displayed on the Home tab.
• The following non-workflow BP types require you to select the Edit button in the upper-right corner of the BP record to put the record into an editable state:
  • PM Book
  • PM Book Template
  • Lease
