Viewing the Custom Reports Schedule Audit Log
If you have the Configure permission, you can view and download the Custom Report Schedule Audit Log. The audit log provides a history of successful additions, updates, and deletions of Custom Report Schedules. It supports schedules configured at both the template level and the project/shell levels, which helps you track schedule changes and identify the user who performed each action. Deleted schedule entries remain in the audit history, which can help administrators determine why a scheduled report stopped running and identify who removed the schedule.
Each audit entry includes these fields:
- Modified: The date and time of the event, shown in your configured time zone.
- Schedule Name: The schedule name at the time of the event.
- Action: Added, Updated, or Deleted.
- Modified By: The user who performed the action.
