Working With Custom Reports Schedules

The Custom Reports Schedule page lists all reports with a Published status that you add to a project/shell for scheduling. Use this page to view detailed information about each report. You can also use the Audit Log to view changes that have occurred.

Tip:

Use the Search field to search for a specific report by keyword.

Each report instance listed on the Saved Result page for a specific report usually uses this naming convention: ScheduleName_ShellOrProjectNumber_RunDate.

You can download a specific instance of the report from the Saved Result page for the selected report.

If a Custom Report is changed from Published to Draft, it remains listed in the Custom Reports Schedule log, but any associated jobs are paused and you cannot update the schedule. Existing reports listed on the Saved Result page are retained and remain available for download. After the report is changed back to Published, the scheduled job resumes automatically based on the defined schedule.

Permissions

• View: You can use the Custom Reports Schedule to view details about the Custom Reports in specific projects/shells.
• Configure: You can add and update schedules for Custom Reports in specific projects/shells. You can create up to five Custom Reports Schedules for each report in a destination project/shell.
