Index Reports
The index report utilizes the Oracle Primavera Unifier user-defined report engine. It lists content (documents, subfolders, shortcuts) within a selected folder, properties, and phase (contents may be associated with more than one phase). The index report can be generated in HTML, PDF, or CSV format.
To view an index report:
- Select a folder in folders view of the project/shell Documents or Company Documents node.
- From the toolbar, select Actions, select Index Report, and choose the format to display:
- HTML Format: Displays the report in a browser window.
- PDF Format: Creates a PDF file of the report.
- CSV Format: Creates a CSV file of the report.
