Downloading Records and Working Offline

If you prefer to work in offline mode, you can download one or more business process (BP) records.

To download an individual BP record, touch ().

To download multiple BP records:

1. Navigate to the applicable workspace or BP tile.
2. Touch Menu ( ), and then select Download Record(s).
3. To select multiple records for download, touch the checkbox for each record, and then touch Done.

   Downloaded BP records display a check mark ().

4. To access the downloaded records, touch the Offline Records tab.
