Show or Hide Comments Added by Other Users

You can show or hide comments added by other users.

Prerequisite

• The business process (BP) supports comments.
• You have the required user or group permissions.

Online Mode

To show or hide another user's comments:

1. Touch the Pen () icon.
2. Select the alternative option: Hide or Unhide.

   When you hide a comment, a lock icon displays .

   When you unhide a comment, the lock icon is removed .

Offline Mode

You can show or hide comments added by other users.
