Viewing or Hiding Annotations

To view or hide all annotations associated with a file:

1. Open a file.

   You can either touch an attachment while viewing the BP record associated with it, or touch Documents and navigate to the applicable file.

2. Touch Menu ( ) and select Edit ().
3. Touch Menu ( ) and select Show Annotations or Hide Annotations.

Note:

• From the annotation list, when you select an annotation, the corresponding markup and comment displays.
• Rotate your device to view both, the file and the annotation list in Landscape mode.
