Activity Sheets Set Up with Oracle Integration in Shell Templates

If your company administrator has configured Unifier with Oracle Integration as the default integration engine, you can set up system and manual activity sheets to use Oracle Integration in project/shell templates to get and send schedule data.

Prerequisites
  • Oracle Integration is enabled as the default integration engine in the Company Workspace.
  • You have the required permissions to set up activity sheets in projects/shells.
Procedure

To update the destination shell templates that use system and manual activity sheets to get and send data by using Oracle Integration as the default integration engine:

  1. Go to the Company Workspace tab, and switch to Admin mode.
  2. In the left Navigator, select Templates, select Shells, and then select Projects.
  3. In the Projects Templates log, select and open a shell template.
  4. In the left Navigator, select Setup, and then select Activity Sheets.
  5. For each activity sheet in the Name column, select an integration recipe from the Integration drop-down list to get or send data, and then select Save.
  6. To update the activity sheets integration method in multiple shell templates or shells with the above selections:
    1. From the toolbar, select Update Shell Templates, and select one of the following:
      • Shells Templates: Select this option to update shell templates associated with other projects.
      • All Other Shell Templates: Select this option to update all other shell templates that were not selected in the previous option.
      • History: Select this option to update the history of the shell templates in sync with the changes being made.
  7. Select relevant projects whose shell templates or shells are to be updated, and then select Update.
  8. In the confirmation dialog box, select Yes to confirm the above selections.
    The activity sheets set up with Oracle Integration are added or replaced in the destination shell templates.
