Create a Commitment Summary Sheet

To create a Commitment Summary sheet:

  1. Go to the Company Workspace tab, and switch to Admin mode.
  2. In the left Navigator, select Templates, select Shells, select the [shell type], and open the [shell instance].
  3. In the left Navigator, select Cost Manager, and then select Commitment Summaries. The Commitment Summaries log opens.
  4. From the toolbar, select Create Structure. The Select Template window opens.
  5. Choose a template, and select OK.
  6. Select Columns to add columns.
  7. To edit the sheet properties, select File, and select Properties.
  8. In the General tab, enter a unique Name and an optional Description.
  9. In the Options tab, enter the following column names: Ref, Cost Code, Code Name, Breakdown, and Description.

    Depending on the design in uDesigner, some columns may not display in the Commitment Summary sheet.

  10. Select OK.
