Delete Data Views

To delete Data Views:

1. Go to the Company Workspace tab, and switch to Admin mode.
2. In the left Navigator, select Data Structure Setup, and then select Data Views.

   The User-Defined Data Views log opens.

3. Select a view.
4. From the toolbar, select Delete.

   You will receive a confirmation message that you want to delete the selected Data View.

   Note:

   • You cannot delete Published Data Views. You must change the Status to Draft to be able to delete a Data View.
   • Although deletion of a data view in Draft status is possible, if a Data View has been used in a UDR, custom Oracle Analytics Server report, or Data Cube that was included in a configuration package, the configuration package creation will fail because of the missing data views.
