This setting:	Allows users to:
Create	Create instances of this shell type
Modify Status	Change the status of the shell instance (Active, Inactive, On-hold)
Modify Properties	Change the name, number, address, image, links, and so on, of the instance
Configure Dashboard	Configure the dashboard for the instance
Allow Bulk Edit	Update a group of shell records with the same edits
