Data Manager [name of BP]

This setting:	Allows users to:
Modify Record Ownership	Transfer ownership of a record from one user to another. The user with this permission setting does not need to be the current owner/creator. Note: The current record owner will always have this ability, regardless of whether this setting is selected.
Terminate Work Flow	Terminate a BP record. This permission overrides the “Do not allow creator/owner to terminate record” option in the Business Process Configuration window. Note: Do not use this permission for single-record BPs.
Modify Step Assignment	Change who is assigned to a step
View All Records	View all records
View Company Records	View all records created by, sent to, or copied to any user in the company
View User Records	View only records that the specific user created, received, was copied on, or participated in the workflow for
View Hidden Comments	View comments set to Hidden
Hide Record Audit Log	Hide the audit log for a record
Hide Task Statuses	Hide the Workflow Progress window
Allow Bulk Edit	Update a group of records with the same changes
Add General Comments	Add comments to a record
Add Hidden Comments	Add hidden comments to a record
Disable Record Copy	Prevent users from copying a record or line items within it
