Where to use it:

• Detail form of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Book Template
• Preventive Maintenance Book type BPs, where detail form Type =
  1. Time, OR
  2. Meter, Sub-Type = Continuous

The default behavior on the form must be editable.

This DE:

• Is not allowed to be placed on the upper or detail forms of any other BP type.
• Can be marked as, "Required" or "Editable."
• Cannot be, "Read-Only."
• Cannot be auto-populated or reverse auto-populated; otherwise, Unifier displays, "This data entry is not suitable for defining auto-population." when the user tries to do these operations in uDesigner.
• Cannot be part of any Dynamic Data Set.
• Cannot be part of any formula.

If you want to create a link between time and meter schedules, Oracle recommends that you place "uuu_rec_related_family_id" in the Detail tab line item list log (along with the "Family Identifier: uuu_rec_family_identifier"). At runtime, this DE will show the Family Identifier of the selected or picked Line Item.

When there is no links on a line item, the value of this DE will be blank.

Note:

Prior to 19.12, this DE will not be editable in the line item grid, and it will open in read-only mode.

Use this element for: Linking families in Time and Continuous Meter type detail tabs in PM book or PM Book template type BPs.

Default Tooltip for this DE: Select any line item from the family that needs to be linked to this line item or family.
