Upper Form Options for Simple BP

The following explains the options for:

• Upper Form Options for Simple BP (Action Form)

Upper Form Options for Simple BP (Action Form)

For BP types that do not have line items (for example: Simple, Project/Shell Creation, Resource, and Resource Booking), the Options tab has the following actions (Select Actions):

Attachments to overall record block

• Add Attachments
• Remove Attachments

• Document Manager
• My Computer

Publish to Document Manager

• Republish if Publish Path is different from current Location
  • Move
  • Copy
  • Automatically select all existing Record and Line Item Attachments for Republish

Document Manager Attributes

• Update attributes for already Published Documents

  Note:

  There are no line items for the Simple-type BP.

There is no Options tab in the upper form of the Simple BP (View Form)
