Activate and Run the Sync Unifier Issues with Aconex Integration

After you have updated the integration property values, activate the recipe package and run it.

Perform the following steps to activate the recipe package and run it.

  1. Activate the recipe:
    1. In the Configuration Editor, select Activate in the title bar.
    2. In the Activate Package dialog box, select Activate again.

      A confirmation message is displayed confirming that the integration has been submitted for activation. Refresh the page to view the updated status of the integration.

  2. Run the recipe:
    1. In the Configuration Editor, select Activation to view the integrations in the recipe.
    2. Hover over the Sync Unifier Issues with Aconex integration flow, select Actions, and then select Run.
    3. On the Configure and run page, in Run as drop-down list, select the User information.
    4. In Request type section, select one of the following:
      • Select Ad hoc request to run the integration independent of a schedule.
      • Select As part of schedule to schedule the integration.
    5. Select Run.
  3. Monitor the integration flow running in Oracle Integration:
    1. In the Configuration Editor, select Activation to view the integrations in the recipe.
    2. Hover over the integration flow, select Actions, and then select Track Instances.
    3. On the Instances page, monitor the trigger and execution status of the integration.

After the Sync Unifier Issues with Aconex integration flow runs successfully, the status of the Aconex issue is automatically changed to Closed and the Send to Unifier Issue field is set to Sent.

Note: To update an existing Aconex issue in Unifier Essentials, first ensure that the issue status is not Closed in Unifier Essentials, then change the Send to Unifier Issue field in Aconex back to Yes, and finally run the integration process again.
