4 Activate the Integrations

Before the integrations can run, you must activate them.

You can either activate all the integrations at once by activating the project, or you can activate each integration in the project individually.

Activate the Project (recommended method)

Activating the project activates every selected integration (and version) in the project in a single step.

  1. In the navigation pane, select Projects.
  2. Search for this project:

    Primavera Unifier - BP Sync Starter Recipe

  3. Hover over the project and click Activate "".
  4. In the Activate project panel, do the following:
    1. Select Project deployment.
    2. Select an appropriate Tracing level (Production, Audit, or Debug).
    3. Click the Activate button.

    A confirmation message appears.

    You can change the tracing level later by selecting Actions, and then Configure activation.

  5. Refresh the page to see the updated Activated status of the project.

Activate Each Integration Individually (alternate activation method)

If you do not want to activate all of the integrations at once by activating the project, you can active each integration in the project individually.

Repeat the steps below for each of these integrations in this recipe:
  • Primavera Unifier BP Basic Sync
  • Primavera Unifier BP REST Sync
  • Primavera Unifier Job Status Sync
  1. Go to the Integrations section of the project workspace.
  2. Activate the integration.
    1. Click Actions Actions icon next to the integration, then select Activate.
    2. In the Activate integration panel, select an appropriate Tracing level (Production, Audit, or Debug), then click the Activate button.

      A message confirms that the integration has been activated. Refresh the page to view the updated status of the integration.

      You can change the tracing level later by selecting Actions, and then Configure activation.
