Edit a Project
At the top right of the screen next to the more Actions button an Edit Button is displayed. On clicking, a Drawer is provided allowing the following:

| Project Name (Required) | Displays the Project name in an editable field. |
| Location(s) (Required) | Displays the project locations in a field as lozenge pills that can. |
| Description (Required) | Displays the Project Description text as an editable text area. |
| Project Owner (Required) | Displays the Project Owner in a select list with a full list of possible project owners pulled from system users. |
The bottom of the drawer will have 2 buttons:
Cancel allows the user to close the drawer without submitting any changes.
Save allows the user to submit changes. Upon clicking the drawer will close and the Project Details page will refresh showing the newly updated information.
If the user leaves any fields blank and tries to save, validation messages will highlight the fields with missing data in the drawer and prevent the page from closing.
On successful save, the Last Updated Date for the project will be updated and displayed on the main project details page.
Add an Action
A button entitled Add Action will show 2 options:
Recommended Action
This option is only shown if there are recommended/preconfigured actions that have not already been selected.
Clicking this action opens a drawer showing a list of all possible recommended actions not already selected. Preselected checkboxes will be shown, allowing the user to deselect any. The list will show the Action name and impact details and allow selection of Assignee and status for each row.
An Add Actions button will allow all of the selected actions to be added to the project, this will close the drawer and reflects the actions list showing the newly added actions.
A Cancel button allows the user to close the drawer without making any changes.
Custom Action
Allows the user to open a drawer showing a form with the following fields:
- Name - Free type
- Impact - Free type
- Assigned To - Select from list of all system users. Preset to the current user.
- Status – Select from list of all available statuses of:
- Not Started
- On Hold
- Blocked
- In Progress
- Not Started (Default)
A Save button allows the user to save the entered details. This will close the drawer and reload the Actions list showing the newly created Custom Action.
All fields are mandatory, so if any are left blank a validation message will be shown against the missing information asking the user to enter details, this will prevent the action from being saved.
A Cancel button will allow the user to leave the form without saving.
Edit an Action
To edit an existing action, click the Edit icon to open a drawer with a form allowing the action to be edited as follows:

| Name | If this action is a preconfigured action this will be read-only otherwise it will be free type. |
| Impact | If this action is a preconfigured action this will be read-only otherwise it will be free type. |
| Assigned To | Set to the currently assigned user but as a select list it can be changed to any system user. |
| Status | Set to the current status but as a select list it can be changed to any available status of Not Started, On Hold, Blocked, or In Progress. |
Archive an Action
To archive an action, click the More Actions button and select Archive.
The user will be prompted with the following message:
Are you sure you want to archive this project?
Click Proceed to archive the action.
Click Cancel to leave the action active.
Once an action is archived, it cannot be set to active.
