View a Project

To access the Projects Overview page, click Projects on the Navigation Bar at the bottom of the page.

Projects Overview

The Projects Overview page will display a report of all projects created for their region with the following columns:

Column Header Description
Project Name Displays the Project name as a hyperlink to the Project Details page.
Regions Displays the largest region in the list of regions for the Project. Hover the mouse over the field reveals the full list of regions for the project.
Response Plan Status Displays the statuses of the response plan items. The text will be displayed as a hyperlink to the Response Plan of the Projects Details.
IF there are NO blocked actions, it will display [completed count] of [TOTAL Completed]
(Example: 1 of 3 completed)
IF there are blocked actions, it will display [blocked count] Blocked, [completed count] of [TOTAL Completed]
(Example: 1 blocked, 1 of 3 completed)
Crop Impact Severity Displays the Crop Impact level as indicated by the associated insight.
Associated Insight Displays the insight name as a hyperlink to the Insight Details page.
Project Owner Displays the user name of the project owner.
Comments Displays the number of new comments since the current user last viewed the project as a hyperlink to the Project Details page.
Displays as [X] new comments.
If there are no new comments, the column will be blank.
Project Status Displays the status of the project as either Active or Archived.
Last Modified Displays the date the project was last updated in the format Month dd, yyyy hh24:mi
(Example: February 09, 2025 05:54pm
Actions Displays a Pin icon allowing users to pin or unpin a project.
By default, the Projects Overview Report sorts pinned projects to the top of the report.

Click the Share button to copy a link of the Projects Overview page to the clipboard to share with another user.

Smart Search allows users to filter the Projects Overview report by the following fields:

Filter Details
Status Choose Active (default) or Archived projects.
Project Name Searches the field for projects that contain the free text entered.
Region Select a region from the available list.
Enter the region name in the search bar to filter the list.
Block Choose Blocked or Not Blocked to filter projects by action status within the projects.
Block will display projects with at least one action status set to Blocked.
Not Blocked will display projects with no action statuses set to Blocked.
Crop Impact Severity View projects with Crop Impact Severity set to Low, Medium or High.
Completion % Set 2 percentage values to display projects with Completion Percentage between the 2 values.
Last Modified Set dates to view projects last modified before, after or between the selected dates.
No. of New Comments Set 2 numerical values to display projects with a number of comments between the 2 values.
Insight Name Select an insight from the available list to see projects for a specific insight.
Insight Category Select a category from the available list to see projects for a specific insight category.
Crop Production Impact % Set 2 percentage values to display projects with Crop Production Impact Percentage between the 2 values.
Project Owners Select an owner from the available list.

If you enter text in the search bar, the report will search on the Project Name.

Suggestion pills will be shown at the bottom of the smart search for easy reference showing a count of projects against each filter type:

Sorting the Report

By default, the report will always show pinned projects at the top.

To sort the report by another column, click the column header.

The report will then sort by that column, but still show the pinned projects to the top.

Updating Columns

The Column Selector tool icon will display above the report and can be opened by clicking it, and then selecting Columns.

The Select Columns window will display 2 fields: Do Not Display and Display in Report.

Once a user has added, removed or moved columns on the report, click Apply to save the changes.

To undo the changes made:

Add Column(s) to Report

Select the column in the Do Not Display field and click the single right arrow to move it to the Display in Report field.

To add all columns to the report, click the double right arrow to move all columns from the Do Not Display field to the Display in Report field.

Remove Column(s) from Report

Select the column in the Display in Report field and click the single right arrow to move it to the Do Not Display field.

To remove all columns from the report, click the double right arrow to move all columns from the Display in Report field to the Do Not Display field.

Reorder Columns

Select a column in the Display in Report field.

To move the column to the left, click the Up arrow.

To move the column to the right, click the Down arrow.

To move the column to the first position, click the Top arrow.

To move the column to the last position, click the Bottom arrow.

Project Details

The Projects Details page will display all information about the selected project.

The header will display the following information:

More Actions

At the top right of the screen there will be a More actions button which will allow the following actions:

Action Details
Pin Project Allows user to pin the project so it can be highlighted in the Project Overview.
This action only affects the current user and is not a global pin.
Only visible when a project is not currently pinned.
Unpin Project Allows user to remove the pin from the project.
This action only affects the current user and is not a global pin.
Only visible when a project is currently pinned.
Share Allows the user to copy a link to the current page to their clipboard so they can share the link with other users with access to the project.
Archive Allows the user to archive the project.
Only visible if the project is not archived.

Edit Project

Next to the More Actions button is the Edit Project button. Clicking this button will open a drawer allowing you to edit the project details.

Last Updated

Under the Edit Project button, data will display the date the project was last updated in the format of dd-Mon-YYYY.

Project Summary

Displays the description set during the project creation process.

Crop Impact Chart

This chart shows how much of the total metric tons of each crop is at risk due to factors such as weather events, other threats. It provides a breakdown of the impact on different crop types, with a summary above the chart.

Response Plan

This section provides a summary and report of all action items added to the project.

Status Bar

The bar will summarize all of the statuses of the defined project actions.

If none of the actions have started, the bar will show a single color. If an action is updated to another status, this bar will update to reflect the proportion of statuses across the actions.

Hovering over a color provides the following details:

A key will show which status each color represents.

Action Report

A report on the actions associated with the project with the following headers:

Header Details
Status (Header text not shown) Displays a color formatted pill of the action status.
Action/Custom Action Title of the action, which his based on a preconfigured action or a custom action create by a user.
Impact Impact of the action as entered by the user who created the action.
Assigned to Displays the full name of the action assignee.
Edit (Header text not shown) An edit icon that opens an edit drawer when selected.

Add Action

This button allows users to add a new action item to the project. Actions can be a Recommended Action or Customer Action.

Clicking this action opens a drawer showing a list of all possible recommended actions not already selected. Preselected checkboxes will be shown, allowing the user to deselect any. The list will show the Action name and impact details and allow selection of Assignee and Status for each row.

An Add Actions button will allow all the selected actions to be added to the project, this will close the drawer and reflects the actions list showing the newly added actions.

A Cancel button allows the user to close the drawer without making any changes.

Custom Action

Allows the user to open a drawer showing a form with the following fields:

A Save button allows the users to save the entered details. This will close the drawer and reload the Actions list showing the newly created Custom action.

All fields are mandatory, so if any are left blank a validation message will be shown against the missing information asking the user to enter details, this will prevent the action from being saved.

A Cancel button will allow the user to leave the form without saving.

Sort By

At the top of the Actions list, and to the right of the Actions Status bar and the Add Action button, a Sort By selector will be shown with the following options.

This sort field will default to Assigned To.

Comments

Displays a list of comments created by users against the project.

Add comment allows free text to be typed in by users to give ability to add information.

Once saved, comments appear as:

[Username]

[Comment Text]

[Date and Time]

If the logged in user has posted a comment, a 3 dot actions menu will allow the user to edit or delete their own comment.

Comments are sorted by creation date. Editing a comment will not affect the sort order.

Viewing Archived Projects

If the Project has been Archived, the Project Details page will display different from the Descriptions above.

The project cannot be edited and most page interactions will be unavailable as follows:

In addition to the above differences, an archived project will display a red warning banner at the top of the page with the following message:

Archived

This project has been archived. No further changes are possible. If you need to reopen the project, contact your administrator.
