Oracle Government Orchestration Service Release Notes
Introduction
These release notes provide information about Oracle Government Orchestration Service (GovOS) for customers and administrators preparing to use the service. They cover the features and known issues applicable to the release identified below.
- Release: 1.0
Features
Workflow definition and lifecycle management
Authorized users can define and manage orchestrated government-service journeys through an API and Journey Builder. Journey Builder provides a text-based YAML editor for preparing, validating, and publishing journey definitions. Users can inspect the current published definition, version, and process diagram.
Workflow execution
GovOS runs configured workflows that guide users through the steps of a government-service journey.
Workflow-driven user experience
The user-facing experience is controlled by workflow configuration and rendered dynamically as the workflow runs. This connects the screens presented to the user with the configured journey.
Separate service instances
Multiple GovOS service instances can be provisioned within the same tenancy and region, with isolation between instances. Each instance operates as a separate service environment.
Dashboards
The Government Leadership Dashboard and Journey Events provide summary views of workflow activity and service operations. Users can review demand, operational status, milestone progress, and completion outcomes for a selected reporting period.
AI Performance reporting
AI Performance reporting shows GenAI provider-attempt and logical-invocation outcomes, provider-reported usage, participant handling, and received quality assessments. The available results depend on the activity and assessments reported by the journeys. Candidate production, participant acceptance, and assessed quality are separate measures.
Automatic form filling
GovOS can populate application form fields automatically using data available to the workflow.
Accuracy reporting
Accuracy reports provide visibility into the accuracy of automatically populated form data.
