Disabling/Enabling Oracle Utilities Operational Device Management inside Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter

By default, Oracle Utilities Operational Device Management is enabled. It can be disabled or enabled manually.

Important! Before enabling or disabling Oracle Utilities Operational Device Management, make sure the Oracle Utilities Operational Device Management database is enabled or disabled. For instructions, refer to the Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter Database Administrator’s Guide included in the release.

To disable Oracle Utilities Operational Device Management:

1. Run a flush to clear the cache.

2. Clear the browser cache.

3. Restart the application.

To enable Oracle Utilities Operational Device Management:

1. Run a flush to clear the cache.

2. Clear the browser cache.

3. Restart the application.
