Export Options

When exporting data from a search result, you can select Format and Limit.

Format Export Options

The default format is Data Table, which provides the data in a table on the page. The file types available to download and view data are JSON, XML, and CSV.

Note: JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) file extension is an open standard used to store data that is human readable and easy for a script to parse. The export file will contain the information as shown in the data table.

Limit Export Options

You can set the upper limit for the number of entries you want returned using the Limit field. The default limit is 1,000. Selecting a value larger than 1,000 will cause the format to change to an export format that will download the data to file and remove the data table from the page.

Note: High export limits can negatively impact performance.
