The customers who have purchased any out-of-the-box Analytics license (for example: Oracle Utilities Customer Analytics or Oracle Utilities Meter Data Analytics), need to purchase the map data for the spatial answers. The spatial/map data needs to be purchased and licensed separately from any spatial data provider, such as Navteq.

The spatial data license is not required for the customers who have only purchased Extractor and Schema license and not purchased any of the Analytics licenses.
