Email Thank You Message Module

The Thank You Message module communicates gratitude to customers who participated in the last peak event. It only appears in the post-event email for gas customers.

Location: The module is located at the top of the email.

Message: The message thanks customers for their participation. Because the module is for non-AMI customers whose performance during the peak event is unknown, the message does not comment on customers' actual performance compared to other neighbors. It varies slightly depending on whether a single- or multi-day peak event occurred.
