Tips Module
The email tips module provides actionable steps for customers to take in order to save energy during a peak event. The tips focus peak shifting and include actions such as adjusting one's thermostat or delaying the use of large appliances until the peak event is over. Typically, the pre-event email contains three tips that customers can implement during the upcoming peak even, and the post-event email displays a single tip that may have the biggest effect on a customer's energy use during the next peak event.
The following image is an example of tips for the summer season. In the winter, winter-oriented tips are used in this module.
