Upcoming Event

During hot and cold weather seasons, the upcoming event module invites customers to participate with their neighbors in the upcoming peak event. The invitation includes the peak event's date and time.

Note: Peak events for gas customers occur on specific days, not hours within a day. This means, for gas customers, the module only specifies the dates (not hours) on which a peak event occurs.

For multi-day peak events, the module message describes the entire duration of the peak event as shown in the following image:
