Configuring The System For Customer Erasure
The following are the steps to enable Customer Erasure:
Plug in the Manage Erasure Schedule - Person Erasure Evaluation algorithm on the Person MO.
Configure the Erasure Period option on each of the Person, Account and SA MOs.
Note:
Note: The values for all three MOs should be the same, to ensure the Erasure Dates are the same on the resulting Object Erasure Schedule records.
Plug in the Monitor SA Manage Erasure Events (C1-SAMNGEREV) Audit algorithm on the SA MO.
If using the Trigger Customer Erasure (C1-TrgCustEr) script to manually trigger person erasure:
Configure values for the Erasure Reason lookup field DP_​CUST_​ERS_​RSN_​FLG.
Configure the C1-TrgCustEr BPA script as a Favorite Script in User Preferences.
