Additional Functionality for Sequential Bill Numbering
The following points describe additional features that are enabled when the Installation record indicates sequential bill numbers are used:
• The bill's number appears in "bill info". "Bill info" is the concatenated string of information that summarizes a bill on many pages in the system.
• The Bill Search page includes an additional search option to search by bill number.
• The match type algorithm (DSO BILL-ID) that allows payments to be matched to a given bill id will try to match the payment to a bill with a matching sequential bill number.
