Active: The statement construct will be in this status while a person is actively receiving statements for the accounts and service agreements linked to this construct. A statement construct may transition from this status to inactive.

Inactive: The statement construct will be in this status when a person no longer wishes to receive statements for the accounts and service agreements linked to this construct. A statement construct may transition from this status back to active.
