How and When Are Leads Activated
Leads are activated as follows:
The system can generate a lead for each customer that satisfies the initiative eligibility criteria and/or related object criteria that is defined on an initiative. The leads can be created in either a Pending or Active state. These leads can then be activated by a background process when required by the user.
Users can manually activate a lead at their discretion.
