Third Party Lead Event Step Information Can Be Overridden
The Initiative Leads zone on the Third Party Representative portal shows an event step information string for Last Complete Step and Next Pending Step. A base-package service script constructs this string by concatenating the following information:
• Step type description
• Intended Work Date/Time
• Completion Date/Time
You can override this by specifying an Override Step Information Script on the Program Management Master Configuration.
