Membership Fees
Some memberships may require a fee to be paid by the customer when joining. The behavior of this fee may differ depending on whether it is refundable or not.
• If the fee is nonrefundable, you create an SA with a simple adjustment or a one time billable charge to levy the fee. Refer to Defining Control Tables for a Nonrefundable Fee.
• If the fee is refundable, in addition to defining the SA to hold the fee, you need to put code in place to initiate the refund. Refer to Setting Up a Refundable Fee for more information.
