Navigating To The Loan Maintenance Page
Any of the following methods can be used to navigate to the
Loan Maintenance transaction:
• A user can set up a
favorite link associated with the loan transaction.
• Via any of the following menus:
◦ Account context menu
◦ Service agreement context menu
◦ Menu
Note:
Alerts and Loans. If the loan SA type is set up with an alert, the
Alert Zone highlights if a loan exists for the current account. You are transferred to the SA maintenance transaction (not the loan maintenance transaction) if you drill down on the alert.
