Loans have the same lifecycle as other service agreements (e.g., pending start, active, pending stop ). You should rarely have to manually change a loan service agreement's status. Why? Just like other service agreements, the system changes the status behind-the-scenes when various events take place. For example, loans in the pending start state are automatically activated by a system background process.

If you need to manually change a loan service agreement's status (e.g., you need to cancel a loan that was inadvertently started), you can do so from Service Agreement - Main.
