The following diagram illustrates the lifecycle of an umbrella agreement.

Pending The umbrella agreement is created in pending status.

You may delete a pending umbrella agreement. Deleting a UA also deletes its terms of service records.

Complete Only complete umbrella agreements are considered effective. You may transition a UA to complete if there is at least one terms of service record linked to it and if none of its TOS records are in pending status.

Under unusual circumstances, a complete umbrella agreement may be changed back to pending to correct errors.
