Editing Rebate Claim Lines
Use the following procedure to edit an existing rebate claim line on a rebate claim:
• Click the edit icon for the claim line you wish to edit.
• Edit the details of the claim line as appropriate.
• If you are revising the data based on updated information, check the Data Revised checkbox and select the reason for the revision from the Data Revised Reason dropdown list. The Original Data Details section displays the data originally entered for the claim line.
• If the claim line contained bad data, check the Bad Line checkbox and select the reason for the revision from the Bad Line Reason dropdown list. The Original Data Details section displays the data originally entered for the claim line.
• Click Save. To return to the Rebate Claim Line zone without changing the claim line, click Cancel.
Note: 
You can edit a rebate claim line only when the rebate claim is in Pending status. In addition, you cannot edit a rebate claim line after it has been verified.
