Rebate Claim Actions
You can perform a number of actions on a rebate claim, including:
Edit: Used to edit the details of the rebate claim.
Verify: Used to verify the supplied details of the rebate claim, and change its status to either Approval in Progress (if the claim passes the verification) or Issue Detected (if any issues are detected). This helps ensure the rebate claim has been properly set up.
Approve: Used to approve a submitted rebate claim, and change its status to Complete or Receipt Verification (if receipts had not been previously verified).
Reject: Used to reject a submitted rebate claim, and change its status to Complete.
Issue Detected: Used to note an issue related to the rebate claim, and change its status to Issue Detected.
Cancel: Cancels a rebate claim, changing its status to Canceled.
