The following upgrade matrix provides details about the mandatory version upgrade, the supported and not supported integration package versions (that include both Oracle Integration Cloud prebuilt and Oracle Field Service accelerator packages) with respect to the Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service application version.
