Creating an Activity in Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service
To create an activity:
1. Login to Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service.
2. Configure the premise, service point, and service agreement details and navigate to the Service Point Details screen.
3. In the Activity Info section, click Go To Activity, and then click Add.Shows the Activity Information section.
4. Select the activity type.Shows how to select the activity type from the list.
5. Enter the required fields for the activity.Shows how to enter required fields for the activity.
6. Save the details and a new activity will be created.Shows that a new activity will be created.
Now, an appointment can be booked or skipped based on the requirement.
