Scheduling the Batch Process

Schedule the W1-ERPFA batch job to generate asset extract file. It has a couple of parameters that can be used to control which synchronization request should business objects process.

W1-ERPFA: This batch process is responsible for generating the asset extract file for ERP fixed/project assets when an asset is created/updated/removed in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service.

The batch job should be scheduled to run with the following job parameters:

• Batch code: W1-ERPFA

• fileIntegrationType: W1-ERPFAExtract

• fileName: ERPFA_{BC}{BN}{TN}.csv

• filePath: tmp/ (this is the relative path)

• fileFormat: CSV
