Overview
Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) helps users to track asset addition, installation, maintenance, and removal. This integration allows the passing of newly created or installed assets as project capital assets to the Oracle Project Costing module of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to determine the true cost of the asset.
Additionally, the integration supports the passing of capital spare assets to the Fixed Asset module, and also supports assets adjustments and retirements. This can be useful in tracking the status and value of fixed assets over time, which is important for financial and operational purposes.
For more information about the functionality, refer to the Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service Integration to Oracle Assets documentation at: https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/energy-water/integrations-index.html
