Integration Overview
This integration integrates asset transactions from Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service to Oracle Assets. Based on whether these activities are tracked through projects or non-tracked, assets will be added, adjusted, and retired in Oracle Assets.
The integration allows for the passing of newly created or installed assets as project capital assets to the Oracle Project Costing module of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to determine the true cost of the asset.
Additionally, the integration supports the passing of capital spare assets to the Fixed Asset module and supports assets adjustments and retirements. It can be useful in tracking the status and value of fixed assets over time, which is important for financial and operational purposes.
