Adding Timesheets
Timesheets record the time that the labor resources spend working on activities or work orders. Time entries can then be processed to provide workers with proper compensation for their work.
To add a timesheet:
1. Login to Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service.
2. Navigate to the Timesheet page and click Add Timesheet.
3. Select Employee and click Save.
4. Enter the values in the CWA ID and Craft fields, and then click Save.
5. Submit the timesheet for approval.
6. Run the “W1-TMST” batch job.
7. When the status of the timesheet changes to “Posted”, to verify it, navigate to the Cost tab on the Construction Work Agreement page.
