By default, the integration is configured to support only a single Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter instance and a single Oracle Utilities Network Management System instance. The integration uses Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter CIS division to route to multiple Oracle Utilities Network Management System instance if the integration is configured to support multiple Oracle Utilities Network Management System instances.

To configure multiple Oracle Utilities Network Management System instances, a new entry to DVM OUC2M_OUNMS_Instance needs to be created manually or add the additional instances to the DVM before running ant script ant -f InstallBuild.xml installSOA pointing to second Oracle Utilities Network Management System instance. Also, set the NMS.MultipleInstance property value to ‘true’ on OUC2MOUNMSConfigurationProperties.xml to support multiple Oracle Utilities Network Management System instances.
