The technical aspects involved in Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Integration to Oracle E-Business Suite for General Ledger and Accounts Payable are:
The integration layer is made up of integration processes deployed on Oracle Integration Cloud.
The integration processes uses Oracle EBS Adapter to integrate with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications:
Some processes uses the open interface API, such as Journal Import and Payables Import.
Some processes uses custom APIs to create or update vendors and vendor sites also to extract Payment Request data.
It uses REST APIs to communicate with Object Storage and Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service application.
The FTP Adapter is used to perform all file operations in the FTP/SFTP server.
The integration pattern used for the solution is:
