This integration supports the following key functionalities:
Send activity information from Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service when an activity is created, updated or canceled to Oracle Field Service for the mobile worker to perform the activity. Activities are created during enrollment or unenrollment when a device needs to be installed or removed, during device replacement and in-home energy assessment.
Send the interim status details of the activity from Oracle Field Service to Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service.
Refresh the activity from Oracle Field Service by getting the latest activty information from Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service. This is initiated by the Oracle Field Service crew.
Send activity completion information from Oracle Field Service to Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service when an activity is completed.
Sync active truck storeroom data from Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service to Oracle Field Service.
Sync control data or admin data from Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service to Oracle Field Service.
