Customizations

The integration between Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service and Oracle Field Service allows users to add customizations, such as adding new elements in both Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service and Oracle Field Service applications.

Add a new element to the Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service outbound schema and create the new property in Oracle Field Service to send the value from Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service to Oracle Field Service and vice versa. Then, add the mapping for the new elements in Oracle Integration Cloud integration flows.
