Activities

Work activities are work tasks that originate from a work order or a work order template and they need to be completed. Activities may be created for maintenance and inspection of assets, to create service history, and to install or exchange devices.

Example: An activity needs a particular crew to fix the issue, and that activity is assigned to a crew in Oracle Field Service. These activities are identified in the Oracle Field Service by Mobile Activity ID or Work Activity ID.
