Assigning a Crew

To assign a crew:

1. Navigate to the Administrator Dispatch Console in Oracle Field Service and open the mobile activity to view the Activity Details screen.

2. Click Move to navigate to the Move Activity page.

3. Search the crew member to be assigned to the activity and click Move.

The activity is moved to the crew’s queue.
