Oracle Utilities Network Management System Activity Priority

This property is used to identify urgent activities.

To configure the activity priority:

1. Log in to Oracle Field Service.

2. Navigate to the Configuration page > General > Business Rules > Activity Priority.

3. Configure the nms_priority values.

• Property: Priority [nms_priority]

• Urgent activities value: 100100, 100, 50100, 70100
